Can we pay by invoice instead of a card?
Yes. Ask for a quote, tell us how many seats you need, and we’ll reply within one business day with prices in writing and an invoice you can put through finance.
Do you price differently for nonprofits and higher education?
Yes. Ask for a quote and say which one you are, and we’ll send the right prices.
Do prices go up at renewal?
No. Seats renew automatically each year at the rate you joined with. For as long as you don’t cancel, you keep that rate, even as we add more content.
Can we reassign a seat when someone leaves?
Yes, periodically. If someone leaves, you can reassign their seat to a new team member. A seat is for one person at a time, not a login the whole team shares.
Can we see the team’s progress?
Yes. The admin account shows each team member’s progress, so you can see who has completed what.
I already pay for my own membership. What happens if my company buys seats?
Then your employer pays for your training instead of you. Contact us and we’ll sort out the switch for your account.
Can the team try it before we buy?
Sign up for a free account. It opens several courses, labs and ebooks, and our Discord community, with no card and no time limit. If your team needs to see more than that before deciding, book a demo and we’ll walk you through it.
Do we need special software or hardware? What about labs?
Our training can be completed from your browser, so you don’t have to install any special software or purchase hardware. Some labs require you to download a cloud provider’s CLI or other open-source security tools, and those labs say so explicitly. You don’t need a VPN, even for our Hands-On Labs. They are all 1-click deploy.
