Hello everyone, my question is how long did it take you to strike gold in ethical hacking from the day you started to the day you actually found your first vulnerability ?

Found my first vulnerability a long time ago on some old PHP website before I even knew the term ethical hacking existed (probably didn’t actually), and it was by accident if I recall correctly, so not sure that counts for what you’re asking.
Hesitant to respond though because if you’re asking to compare yourself to others, I’m not sure how useful that is 🙂
Everyone learns and does things in their own time!

Thank you yes i don’t compare myself to others anymore it just made me feel like no matter how hard i tried i would never be on their level. I understand everyone is different on how they approach and hunt for bugs and life in general. In time i know i am inching closer to gold its just again a matter of time.
