Here’s how it works…
Step 1
Submit your resume on this page.
Step 2
We review your submission, and if selected, we notify you via the email provided. This can take a few days. At this point, we will remove as much personally identifiable information as possible in the resume for privacy reasons.
Step 3
We schedule the episode in which your resume will be reviewed with one of our guests. These guests will typically be: IT leaders and hiring managers, HR leaders, or experienced technical recruiters. That way, they can provide directly actionable feedback to help improve your resume.
Step 4
We send you a recording of the episode containing your resume so that you can receive the feedback!
