# Refund Policy

If you’re not happy for any reason, [contact us](https://cybr.com/contact/) and we’ll make the situation right.

We can offer you a refund within 7 days of activation as long as you have not completed a premium course more than 50% and/or downloaded more than 1 premium ebook and/or launched more than 5 premium Hands-On Labs.

If you forgot to cancel your recurring membership and get charged, we can offer you a full refund for the renewal cost as long as you contact us within 72 hours of the charge and that there is no learning activity during those 72 hours (ie: launching premium labs, lessons, or accessing any other premium content).
